The M4020 Smart Engraver is engineered with an industrial heavy-duty steel structure, meticulously annealed for stress relief to ensure optimal strength and rigidity. It utilizes a rack and pinion dual-drive system and a moving gantry design, delivering robust and stable performance.
Equipped with imported servo drives, precision ground linear guides, and ground ball screws, this machine achieves high precision, fast operation, and long-lasting durability. At its core is a 9kW air-cooled automatic tool change (ATC) spindle, known for its low noise output, high rotational speeds, and constant torque. The machine is controlled by a Taiwanese “Syntech” bus system with absolute encoder feedback for reliable and accurate motion control.
It also features an 8-tool disc-type ATC for quick and convenient operation, as well as an electronically controlled, multi-zone vacuum table that provides strong holding force, easy operation, and stable performance.
