Description

The X6060 Precision Fiber Cutter is specifically designed for the high-speed laser processing of thin-gauge metal sheets. It delivers stable overall operation, leverages mature technology, and achieves high cutting efficiency.

The machine frame utilizes a marble structure, offering excellent overall rigidity and strength. The beam is designed with a lightweight approach, providing superior acceleration performance and is precision-machined by CNC gantry mills to ensure accurate motion.

It incorporates precision linear guides, which ensure high positioning accuracy, minimal wear, and the ability to maintain high precision over extended periods. The guides also facilitate easy assembly and offer interchangeability. The system employs precision slide modules for faster operational speeds.

The X6060 operates using the AheadTechs AT Series professional laser cutting software. This software is feature-rich, user-friendly, stable in performance, and easy to install. It supports an optional vision-based processing and positioning system.
