The M3015 Engraving Center is built with an industrial heavy-duty steel structure, rigorously annealed for stress relief to ensure optimal strength and rigidity. It features a fixed-column gantry frame with a moving table design, delivering exceptional stability and minimal vibration during operation.
Equipped with imported servo drives, precision ground linear guides, and ground ball screws, this machine achieves high accuracy, rapid response, and extended service life. The XYZ axes utilize direct-drive transmission, offering superior precision and durability compared to rack-and-pinion systems.
At its core is a 9kW air-cooled automatic tool change (ATC) spindle, operating at low noise levels with high rotational speeds and constant torque output. The control system is powered by the Taiwanese “Syntech” bus and absolute encoder feedback system for reliable and precise motion control.
Additional features include an 8-tool disc-type ATC for fast and convenient operation, and a high-power vacuum table with four individually controlled zones for strong, stable, and easy-to-use workpiece holding.
