T6-1325 Engraving Processing Center with ATC

MNT T6-1325 Engraving Processing Center with ATC features a robust inline bed, high-precision drive system, 9 kW ATC spindle, and compatibility with major CAD/CAM software. Ideal for engraving, milling, and cutting wood, acrylic, metals, plastics, and composites.

Description

The T6-1325 Engraving Processing Center with ATC features an inline bed structure and gantry motion design. Its bed is constructed using industrial welding techniques, followed by quenching and stress relief treatment, and finally precision-machined to completion in a single setup on a high-accuracy gantry mill. All assembly components are manufactured in one operation using 5-axis machining centers, ensuring exceptional machine rigidity and geometric precision.
The X and Y axes are driven by high-precision imported racks, while the Z-axis utilizes a high-precision, imported, precision-ground ball screw. The spindle delivers high precision, high rotational speeds, constant torque, low runout, robust stability, and long service life, meeting demanding industrial requirements.
The system supports G-code and PLT formats generated by a wide range of CAD/CAM software, including Type3, Mastercam, Casmate, ArtCAM, AutoCAD, UG (NX), and CorelDRAW.

Features:
1.Robust & Precise Construction:
The inline bed, built through welding, heat treatment, and single-setup gantry milling, coupled with 5-axis machined components, guarantees outstanding rigidity and long-term geometric accuracy.
2.High-Performance Drive System:
Utilizes imported high-precision racks (XY axes) and a precision-ground ball screw (Z axis) for reliable, high-quality motion.
3.Industrial-Grade Spindle:
Offers high precision, high speeds, constant torque, and low runout for stable performance and durability in demanding applications.
4.Efficient & Reliable Performance
– 9kW air-cooled ATC spindle: low noise, high speed, and constant torque
– 4-tool linear-type automatic tool changer for fast, seamless operation
5.Extensive Software Compatibility:
