Description

The X6 Metal Tube Cutter is a high-precision, high-performance, and fully automatic professional tube cutting machine. It features efficient, sensor-less tube detection and achieves cutting accuracy with a positional deviation within 0.15mm across the entire length of the material. It stably cuts round tubes, square tubes, rectangular tubes, channel beams, I-beams, angle irons, and special-shaped profiles.

Equipped with a precision pneumatic chuck, its four-jaw system automatically centers and clamps the workpiece firmly without damage. The dedicated tube cutting bus system supports functions including tube cutting-off, drilling, hollowing, bevel cutting, piercing, arc-notching for welding preparation, and 45-degree miter cutting.

An optional fully automatic loading system can feed round, square, and rectangular tubes, reducing labor costs. The machine is powered by imported, high-performance servo motors, ensuring excellent dynamic performance and cutting precision. It is widely used in industries such as machinery manufacturing, pipeline & guardrail fabrication, elevators, office furniture, fitness equipment, and advertising signage.
